ANTOLOGIA DI POESIA UCRAINA PER I QUADERNI DEL BARDO EDIZIONI

The latest international release by Quaderni del Bardo Edizioni di Stefano Donno in collaboration with La Casa della Poesia di Como ODV is CLARINETTI SOLARI, an anthology of Ukrainian poetry edited by Dmytro Tchystiak from 1960 to the most immediate contemporary Ukrainian poetic scene. The goal of this edition is to make some little-known or entirely unknown voices resonate with Italian poetry lovers who enjoy exploring other countries' poetic paths and discovering different latitudes of verse-making.

"The choice of poems for an anthology is always more or less arbitrary, especially for an anthology conceived by the same translator. The fifty or so poets gathered under this cover give an idea of contemporary trends in Ukrainian poetry, starting with the founder of the new Ukrainian literature Taras Shevchenko, passing through the great representative of modernism Pavlo Tychyna, who had a significant impact on the neo-modernist generation of the 1960s, the restorers of Ukrainian archetypal structures ("Kyiv School") up to the generation of the 2010s" (Dmytro Tchystiak)

The authors included in this anthology are Taras Shevchenko, Ivan Franko, Lessia Ukrainka, Volodymyr Svidzinskyi, Pavlo Tychyna, Maxyme Rylskyi, Andrii Malychko, Dmytro Pavlytchko, Olexii Dovgyi, Mykola Vingranovskyi, Ivan Dratch, Leonid Davydenko, Taras Melnychouk, Pavlo Movtchane, Mykola Vorobiov, Raissa Lycha, Vassyl Holoborodko, Viktor Kordoun, Iaroslava Pavlytchko, Lubov Holota, Viktor Baranov, Halyna Kyrpa, Serhii Hrabar, Olexandre Balabko, Antoniia Tsvid, Mykhailo Sydorjevskyi, Tetyana Dobko, Vassyl Slaptchouk, Sergei Dziuba, Dmytro Spydko, Serguii Pantiouk, Ihor Pavliouk, Ivan Androussiak, Maria Morozenko, Iuri Mosénkis, Inna Kovalchuk, Viktoria Ostach, Natalka Beltchenko, Vyatcheslav Houk, Oleh Kotsarev, Anna Bahriana, Kateryna Michstchouk, Tetyana Vynnyk, Iryna Chouvalova, Dmytro Drozdovskyy, Dmytro Tchystiak, Vyacheslav Levytskyi, and Nazary Nazarov.
